The frame is made of high-grade powder coated steel and is adjustable for different board sizes. Supplied with locking wheel casters. 

HOW IT WORKS

• The Kanban cards are retrieved from empty containers and are inserted into the Kanban Board. 
• The production should start when Kanban Cards reach the yellow zone.
• When Kanban Cards are in the red zone, production must start immediately.

• The Kanban Cards are retrieved from empty containers and are inserted into the Kanban Board by product category.
• The white boxes are a visual separation between the control loops.
• Info Signs then showcase, in an easy to read format, the production progress, production speed and the production cost.
